Adopting a Dog..

She's Mardi.

Been looking for puppies on website that are on adoption. Saw a few that attracted me but has been adopted already! sad....

Recently saw this new pup on the web..her name is mardi...she's so adorable. Think she's 2.5/3mths old now.

Going down to visit a litter of them today, no it's not Mardi, cos Ricky from ASD was not able to provide the details of the fosters of Mardi to me.

Well, schedule's packed on Saturday. Going to visit Lil' Anne on saturday, then another pack of 4 pups in Clementi. haha...hope Ricky is able to schedule us to meet Mardi on sat as well.

BS hunting

Went BS hunting with BB on saturday after he took me to sinseh at Tiong Bahru.

My right hand palm has been hurting for a week. The whole palm turn sore and hurts and becomes weak. Unable to turn door knobs or even carry heavy stuff. What's happening to me.......damn....

After that went to this BS at Liang Seah st: Bridal Concept. Initially thinking to go to Bridal Zone at Marina Square. Well, can't say that it's BS hunting day cos this is the first and last BS we stepped into. hehe....

Tried their gowns and felt that their designs are not bad...they have pretty classic gowns with many embroidery and beads. I wanted something more lacy and sexy...keke...I saw in their photograph of the various couples. And also asked to view the photographs shot by different photographers. Saw one that I like. BB don't have much views but he didn't have much 'feel' for the photos taken by BC though...hmm....but he said since I like it, so "ok lor"...humph!

I don't have any mtm gowns...hmm...I have to pay a $150 extra if I need to mtm for my package. But from what I see from their OTR gowns, I think I won't have a problem picking something I like. *fingers crossed*

Hope that everything turns out good for us. The person who liase with us is Stella, she actually recommended a photographer for AD at $500 for 8 rolls of photos + negatives returned + album. Not a bad deal. Read on the net that Big-Sally is quite a nice person. Hope she allocates her to be our co-ordinator. =)

Now we gotta fix a date for our AD then we can proceed with our Hotel/Restaurant hunting.

GERMANY WINS 3-1!!!!!!!!!!

Germany wins 3-1!!!!!!!! Yiippeee!!!!!!!

Was actually on msn with Mrs Chua...she supported Portugal while I supported Germany...was teasing each other while watching the match...*silly us*.

Tonight's France Vs Italy... I'm in favor of France. But BB prefer Italy... =s

Oh ya...I went to JP ydy with BB and there was this bridal roadshow. The BS is called Bridal de Couture. Seems like never heard before leh...but the sales person, Patricia told us, the shop has been established for a good NINE yrs... but when we asked her for a website we could go to...she say "dun have". =s

Alright, there we were sitting, trying to "negotiate" with Patricia. She's quite hard-selling and keep complaining abt the venue they have booked (which is near to the exit at 7-eleven there), that it's very warm and hot. I don't know why she kept saying that. She's a really very straight-forward person and some of the things she said is not very nice to hear...she keep telling us she gotta meet target all this...they have to sell to 8 groups of couples..and thru'out the 2weeks they can't even get these 8 couples. And we are just nice the 8th couple if we signed up.

So.....she threw in many perks for us. I'll try to list down as many of the items she got for us later. We spent nearly 2hrs sitting there trying to "negotiate". And she was getting desperate when we said we need to go back to think it over and to discuss further. She even lowered the first deposit of 30% of the package to a mere $200. I can really sense the desperation...to catch hold of us.

With our utmost determination to reject her...(kekeke), we stood up and left. Cos she said something which pissed BB off...BB told her we need to go back to discuss and consider and to plan our money (excuses of cos), afraid our money not enough...blah blah blah...then she replied with this..."You not enough of money in future is your business, now you sign up with me is more important". Eh!!!! How can she say that!
*ANGRY* No wonder for 2 weeks their bridal shop still can't get 8 couples to sign up with them!!!

Finally we walked off and when we got back to BB's house, I checked the forum, and there was actually bad comments for this Bridal de Couture!!! And this Patricia is actually from Everbliss! And she's part of the boss of this Bridal de Couture. Anyway, u gotta go to the forum to read it up.

Germany Vs Portugal

Midst of watching Germany Vs Portugal...U can guess how late and I'm still blogging away...haha..

Germany has loads of free kicks, but no goals...alas...but Germany has a higher chance of scoring...(*I hope*)...Michael Ballack ain't playing...not even in the substitute list...gosh...why???
Hope Germany wins..then I'd have extra cash in hands...(get what I mean...hehehehe...)
Predicting a 'Draw' game...either 0-0 or 1-1...then a penalty shoot-out. That's my guess... hehz...

Having a booze with BB...having a crave for potato chips to go with e booze... =p Calbee chilli potato chips...yum... =p

Feel like it's better to stay at home to have a booze with BB than to hang out in discos or pubs...unless it's with frens....otherwise...I enjoy the times at home wif BB... hehe... =D
