No more flats
Boring afternoon...blogging away...finished all my work. How I wish I can go home. But I can't. *Weep*Went down to HDB last Tuesday, took authorised + half a day's leave to take the application form for the WIS for Jurong West flats!! But we were dense enough to take MRT all the to Toa Payoh. Dear ask me to take a cab, but I've not enough money already.When I look at the price list of the 5room premium flats, *faint*...so expensive. Really can't afford to own one. Lowest level is $203k++ till the highest level 14 is $220k. Gotta pay a hefty sum of $668-$715 monthly instalments for 30yrs. My CPF not enough to deduct, still gotta come up wif cash. DEPRESSED Dear's income does not contribute to cpf, depending on mine alone is too strenous for me...cmi... =( After tons of struggling & discussions with Dear, my parents n his parents, we decided to try our luck to wait for the 4rooms next yr. Taking a 4room was our original plan actually. But the news of reserving 4rooms for the en-bloc pple @ Boon Lay sort of changed our minds to opt for a 5room. Now we have to go back to our original plans. Hope everything will be a blessing in disguise as what Ca Ca has said...
